You Can HELP!

One of my best friends has a two-year-old nephew who has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. You probably haven't heard of it, but if you have, you know that the long-term prognosis for a child with Neuroblastoma is not good.  Although your prayers for Owen Lea would be appreciated, this is not just about Owen. You see, there are lots of children out there with this disease and some of their parents have come up with a plan to raise money -- not for their children's care, but for research into neuroblastoma. Only through research will there be an answer and real hope for these kids. You can read all about "Lunch for Life" here:

Please think about donating $5 to Lunch for Life and consider sending this on to your friends and family. Together we can make a difference!

(Please do NOT send donations to me. The Lunch for Life link has all the information about how to send a donation or make a pledge.)

Thank you and God bless.

(Please note that you will see a number of photos of our cats and kittens that I've taken outside in a natural setting. The LostWoods cats do NOT go outside unsupervised! When we do go outside for pictures and occasional adventures, there is always one person and usually two watching them closely. We do have an outside, fully enclosed run to which the older cats are allowed access, but even then we check on them often.)
